Calmer and Happier Parents - Calmer and Happier Kids Workshop

As a parent, you spend most of your time taking care of everyone else and having no time (or money) to take care of yourself. Taking time to nurture yourself is not selfish, it’s essential and your whole family will feel the benefits.

Are you looking to:
  • Create a balanced family life?
  • Find strategies to empower and motivate your child?

  • Understand and nurture your child?
  • Implement personal care for yourself?
  • Be calmer and happier?

The Workshop will assist you to:
  • Make positive changes in your family life
  • Manage and reduce stress in your family life
  • Build your confidence and self-esteem
  • Make the most of yourself and your circumstances
  • Learn new practical tools to bring you and your family toward growth and freedom

The workshop will provide you a safe place to express your needs and discover new insights and tools that will help you move your family life forward. You will be introduced to some elements and practices from Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping.

This workshop is an opportunity to have a taster for the 5-week Calmer and Happier Parents Workshop series at The Natural Therapy Centre (2 Spur Road, Cosham) starting 13th April 2016.
